48/48 MBLD former Guinness World Record
Visit my youtube channel for more of my speedcubing journey:

I first learnt how to solve a Rubik's cube when I was 11 years old, in late 2010 by watching a youtube tutorial. I participated in Shaastra cube open at IIT Madras in 2011, which was my first WCA competition. I took a two year break from cubing and resumed competing in 2014, when I learnt more events and blindfold solving. I have travelled all over India and to 6 continents to participate in WCA competitions. I am happy to have met so many people through cubing and have made many friends both in India and abroad. Sharing knowledge, being a part of this community, and pushing my own limits is what motivates me to cube, besides it just being a lot of fun. I dreamed of breaking a world record back in 2014 when I first saw Maskow's former 41/41 WR. 4 years of practice later, I achieved my first world record with a 48/48 in 2018. That, along with becoming World Champion in Paris in 2017, are some of my fondest cubing memories. - Shivam
